The longer you keep goldfish, the more you can appreciate the really odd varieties. The bubble-eyes listed below are the first we have had. They were imported from Asia in late July, 2008. Bubble-eyes are not as delicate as they may appear and we have found them relatively care-free. You do have to be careful where you keep them though. The tank should be "baby-proof" with no sharp objects. Also, be sure to have a screen or sponge over the filter or pump intake.
